Alongside classes and mentorship, LIFT offers leadership opportunities to help you develop as a servant of God who leads with confidence and humility.

What leadership opportunities will I have?

Adventures

Everyone has the opportunity to be the Leader of the Day on excursions. You’ll learn how to prepare and execute plans as a leader and facilitator.
Conferences

Serve CAMP-of-the-WOODS retreat members while working in various departments. Gain experience in different roles and learn to work together as a team.
Local Community

Become part of the community through local outreaches. Help your neighbors rake their leaves, volunteer at the community’s clothing closet or food pantry, lead worship at church, help with trail work at Oak Mountain, and more!

Mission Trips

Experience a part of God’s Kingdom work on earth as you work alongside missionaries both in the United States and during your Guatemala mission trip.
Leadership Practicum

Grow your leadership skills as you work in key department roles as managers, supervisors, and assistants. You will learn first-hand how a non-profit organization operates.
