Christian Education Program

Children ranging from infancy through the 6th grade are invited to join our Kids’ Klub Christian Education programming. Kids’ Klub staff are carefully selected individuals who are enthusiastic about the spiritual development and safety of your children.

Childcare is provided during the chapel services, quest series, and evening concerts.

 Meet the Kids’ Klub Director

Kim Russell has been coming to CAMP-of-the-WOODS since she was 1 month old and has been involved with Kids’ Klub for 6 years. Her husband, Gary, is on full-time staff, and their daughters, Carina and Sierra, have been through the Kids’ Klub program.

Kim remembers being a part of the children’s program here (then called CE). “It was there that I gave my life to Jesus at 6 years old. I remember the teacher put a verse on a chalkboard and we played erase-a-word. It was Matthew 6:33 ‘But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.’ I have been seeking Him ever since. This is why I believe in the importance of Kids' Klub.”

During the non-summer months, Kim is an elementary and special needs teacher in New York City, in addition to planning and preparing for Kids’ Klub.

Do you have a child with special needs?

It’s very important to us that every child who participates in Kids’ Klub is well taken care of. If you have a child with special needs, please email Kim Russell to discuss what we can do to support your child. Careful consideration will be taken to place them in the appropriate grade-level class and give them individual or small group attention.
