“As someone who interned in HR, I learned how to listen to people’s stories and help them evaluate how COTW could help them grow both in their career and spiritual journey. I am excited to use the skills I gained in my new management role, as well as my graduate studies.”

“Something I learned more in depth about this year is how much prayer and refocusing my attention on God in the moment really changes my heart towards people and situations. There are times when I have felt overwhelmed, but I have seen the difference when my coworkers and I take time to pray in the morning, or when I take a deep breath and ask God how he wants me to act in a certain situation. One of the most amazing things to me about living with God is that He doesn’t need me to further His kingdom, but He constantly invites me to take part in what He is doing, and being in prayer is one way He reveals His purposes and plans for us.”
