APAF - ADIRONDACK PERFORMING ARTS FESTIVAL
About the Program
The Adirondack Performing Arts Festival is the summer music program at CAMP-of-the-WOODS, running from mid-June through mid-August. During the summer season, you’ll enjoy worship led by talented young musicians during daily Chapel services in the morning.
Throughout the week, you will hear wonderful concerts and recitals in the afternoons and evenings. Musical styles include:
Classical
Jazz
Broadway
Pops
Inspirational Sacred Music

DAILY WORSHIP
Daily Chapel service begins with worship songs that vary from Christian contemporary to traditional hymns. Sunday evening’s Praise and Worship service is an hour of corporate congregational worship.

EVENING CONCERTS
On the first and last night of each week, you will see and hear phenomenal 60-minute concerts from the Music Staff. In addition, some weekends will include performances from professional guest artists.

AFTERNOON ENTERTAINMENT
Weekday afternoons provide relaxing performances with ice cream or coffee in hand. These include a Strings Ensemble, Carnival Pep Band, Brass on the Beach, Jazz on the Beach, Woodwind Wednesdays, or Sunset Sing-alongs.
About Music Staff
The Music Staff is just one of 20 different departments at CAMP-of-the-WOODS, which offers available positions for summer employment.
At COTW, summer staff works to provide a meaningful summer vacation for our members and guests.
Musicians are recruited nationally and internationally and they are commonly enrolled in prestigious graduate programs, majoring in Music Performance.
