Identify Your Giftings

FALL SEMESTER
Through Leadership Training and Mission Practicum classes, we will help you identify your strengths and areas for growth. You will gain tools to better understand your spiritual gifts and explore God's unique calling for your life.
Gain Tools for Success

SPRING SEMESTER
As you embrace servant leadership, you will also develop essential skills such as time management, decision-making, effective communication, and interviewing, equipping you for future success.
Networking Opportunities

SPRING SEMESTER
You will attend sessions featuring a diverse lineup of guest speakers who will share valuable insights across various fields. You will have opportunities to connect with a wide network of professionals in multiple industries.
Leadership Practicum

SUMMER
You will be interviewed for and placed in a paid summer leadership position at COTW, Tapawingo, or another ministry partner, such as Deerfoot. Working under the guidance of a full-time staff mentor, you will gain experience that will equip you for future opportunities.
