Phil and Ann Baur

Phil & Ann serve on the Executive Team at Pioneers USA, which provides vision and leadership for 1,000 plus U.S. members around the globe.

Pioneers International includes missionaries from more than 40 countries who are sent to over 100 countries in obedience to Christ’s command to “...make disciples of all nations” (Matt. 28: 19). Currently working with people among 425 unreached people groups (UPGs) the goal over the next decade is for Pioneers to engage another 250 UPGs, planting churches among them.

CAMP-of-the-WOODS has been supporting the Baurs since 1991 when they began serving as missionaries in direct support of Gospel proclamation among hard-to-reach people groups. Phil’s first missionary experience was working at Suen Douh Camp in the summer of 1976.
