The TeePee/Trading Post Building Project
Join the Phase 1 Goal: $1.875M
We believe that every act of giving is a statement about God; no gift is too small. Approximately 1,500 families will experience a meaningful vacation at CAMP-of-the-WOODS next summer. Phase One of this project, Charlie Park Design, will cost $1.875 Million. If every family contributes $650 or more, we will reach our goal!

Thanks to a generous donor, every contribution made will be matched dollar-for-dollar. If we meet this match by March 2025, Phase One and a portion of Phase Two will be funded. Your doubled donation enables an effective investment in future generations!
Creating Future Impact
Foundations for the Future is a campaign for the TeePee/Trading Post Building Project. This project is focused on shaping tomorrow by building upon the foundations of today. This project is not just about a structure; it’s about honoring the past while securing the future.
It represents the collective goal of the COTW community committed to creating a lasting legacy that enriches future generations - both personally and spiritually.
Creating a Space for Family Flourishing
To continue its legacy while expanding its impact, the new building will transform into a vibrant, multifunctional space that serves the diverse needs of our year-round members (including Conference Season), fostering family connections and spiritual growth for years to come.
The new building will create an environment where bigger family game nights can occur, penny candy and sticky buns can be eaten, Chaplains can meet with mentees, old and new friends can gather in the new coffee shop, families can celebrate anniversaries and birthdays, and individuals can seek solitude to sit by the window and dive into the Word of God throughout the day.
4-Year Giving Program
If you are a current donor, we invite you to give above and beyond through this project’s 4-year giving program. It is critical to raise $1.875 million every year to meet the total project cost of $7.5 Million.
How can I participate?
Make a 4-year pledge!
The graphic to the left is broken into attainable donation goals to meet the $1.875 million every year. This allows you to choose what best works for you while supporting the yearly goal.
To break ground on this project, we need to reach 70% of our total goal through committed pledges.
By making a yearly, quarterly, or monthly pledge for 4 years, you will enable us to steward this project for an honorable Kingdom impact in the lives of future generations.
