• Sale of guest passes and/or other commercial uses (e.g. providing guest passes to rental property customers) is prohibited and may lead to membership revocation.

• Guest passes are valid from June 22 - September 2 (beach access).

• Associate Members and their guests must carry membership cards or guest passes when on the grounds.

• Membership cards are required when signing up for recreational trips and tournaments.

• Use CAMP-of-the-WOODS’ entrance at the Welcome Center with visible vehicle tags.

• Associate Member parking is located in the Buirkle Center parking lot near the playground.

• If you ride a motorcycle, please park it in the Purdy Center parking lot.

• For the safety and privacy of members, no bicycles, skateboards, in-line skates, Segways, scooters, drones, or hovercrafts are allowed.

• The Sunday morning Chapel Service is open to the public. Guests with a guest pass can stay past the service.

• During Chapel services and concerts, roads by Tibbitts Auditorium will be closed.

• Friday evening concerts are open to Resident Members, Associate Members with membership cards, and guests with guest passes. Saturday evening concerts are open to the public.

• Beach access is available until September 2.

• Shorts-style bathing suits for men and modest one-piece or full-coverage swimsuits for women are acceptable.

• Appropriate overgarments should be worn on the grounds when going to and from the beach area.

• Please remove or store beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, and other personal items when you’re not using them.

• Use the canoe/kayak racks that are available on the beach for storage.

June 1 is the opening day for early boat docking. Please register your boat with the Front Desk upon purchasing your Associate Membership.

Boat launch is available outside the summer season (weeks 1-9) by appointment only. Please call our Front Desk at (518) 548-4311 to schedule.

Summer weekly boat slips cost $65 (weeks 1-9). Weekly boat slips have a maximum registration of 2 consecutive weeks.

Summer season boat slips cost $650 from June 22 - September 2.

Optional dock usage:

Early docking is a one-time fee of $250 from June 1 - June 22.

Extended docking is from September 3 until September 30 for a one-time fee of $450.

Boat owners will need to be available to pull their boats within 24 hours in the case of an emergency.

When mooring your boats, moor them to the left of the swimming area when facing the lake and in front of Islotta cabins.

Please note that the Marina launch is closed on Saturday mornings and Sunday afternoons during Tapawingo transports.

Please remember that NY State Boating Laws are enforced on Lake Pleasant.

• Anyone under age 16 must have adult supervision.

• The Purdy Center swimming pool is only available to Resident Members who have booked a Purdy Room.

• No pets are allowed on COTW property.
